Pursuant to Title 20 DCMR chapter 33 subsection 3312.2 – disclosures shall be provided on the lead disclosure form issued by DDOE before the tenant signs the lease. All providers must have their tenant sign it before the tenant signs the lease. The landlord must to keep a copy of it.
